Recreating a corner of his hometown, Bourgogne, chef Jean-Paul Bondoux offers it’s authentic French cuisine seasoned with their own farm products. The Bourgogne is in the forest area of Punta del Este.
His “zucchini flowers stuffed with birds and virgin oil” or “leg of lamb roasted with herbs from the garden” recreate great moments of pleasure and freshness. The wine list includes an extensive collection of domestic and imported wines.
A few meters from the restaurant, a room pays tribute to France with exclusive brioches, croissants and cheeses.
