Gastronomic proposal on Páru Inkas keep the spirit and the line the same as in Buenos Aires, with a menu created by renowned international chef Jann Van Oordt. Signature dishes varies from sushi, ceviche, tiraditos, tapas hot and crispy, different woks, meats and seafood cooked on the grill, original dishes and accompaniments.

Different variety of pisco and drinks will once again be the ideal complement to the proposal. The new Paru is located in the middle of a forest just 50 meters from the beach, on a rustic space that combines wood, glass and stone, providing a pleasant feeling of warmth. The restaurant has two hearths, grill area and two bars, drinks and sushi, as well as comfortable living rooms located in a beautiful garden.
